DynaPro Resting Hand
Ideal "STATIC / DYNAMIC" neuro-inhibiting therapy in a resting hand design with a heat moldable flexible insert that "flexes" at the wrist ONLY to accommodate spastic episodes on tone and can be heat molded to "flex"; into the wrist to provide a therapeutic neuro-inhibiting stretch. When applied, the flexible insert will "flex" into the wrist contracture applying a therapeutic, inhibiting stretch on the shortened tissue at the wrist and the fingers, providing abnormal reflex arc therapy to reduce abnormal tone over time as well as lengthening shortened tissue. The DynaPro Resting Hand WHFO should be molded 15 - 30 degrees "ahead" of comfortable end range stretch at the wrist.
