When will I receive my items?
Orders received before 4:00 pm EST/ 2:00 pm PST usually ship the same day. Orders placed after those times ship the next business day. To check when you will receive your order, please log in to your account to check order history, or email customer service at hconline@hanger.com.
What forms of payment do you accept?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. Forms of payment accepted: Debit, credit cards & Paypal. Cards accepted: Visa, American Express, and MasterCard.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
You will be charged sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, please email customer service immediately at hconline@hanger.com. Only orders that have not shipped are able to be canceled. If you need to order a different item, please place another order.
How much does shipping cost?
Ground/Standard shipping is free.
1-Day shipping is $15.00.
2-Day shipping is $10.00.
Expedited shipping options provided at checkout. Costs subject to change without notice.
How do I add a promo code or coupon?
After adding items to your cart, click the "My Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart, you'll see a box titled “Have A Promo Code?”. where you may enter your coupon code. Click “Apply”.
I have a question on my charges.
Click the "My Account / Order History" link at the top right-hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
Click the "My Account / Order History" link at the top right-hand side of our site and then find the order to print invoices.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
Has my order shipped?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How can I track my order?
Please email customer service at hconline@hanger.com to receive tracking information.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Click the "My Account / Order History" link at the top right-hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
My order never arrived.
Please email customer service at hconline@hanger.com to receive tracking information.
An item is missing from my order.
Click the "My Account / Order History" link at the top right-hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
My product is missing parts.
Please email customer service at hconline@hanger.com to receive tracking information.
I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
Do you accept prescriptions?
Empower Supply does not accept prescriptions. If you have a prescription, you may be able to submit a claim or invoice direct to your insurance, if your plan allows. For more info, please consult your insurance provider.
Do you accept medical insurance or worker's compensation?
Empower Supply does not accept medical insurance for products sold on its website. If you have a prescription, you may be able to submit a claim direct to your insurance, if your plan allows. For more info, please consult your insurance provider.
Do you offer custom compression garments?
No, we currently offer off-the-shelf compression garments. We’ll be happy to assist you in finding an in-stock compression garment. Please email customer service at hconline@hanger.com to get in contact with a knowledgeable customer service representative.
