How much is my shipping?
 
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

 

When will my order ship?
 
Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order History" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

 

Do you ship to my country?

Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order History" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

 

Do you ship internationally?

No, currently, we only ship to customers within the United States.

 

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Returns and Refunds 

To return a product:
You will need an RMA number to process your return. Please contact hconline@hanger.com or fill out an RMA form to receive a number for your return: Download here

Send the item(s) with the returns form to:

Note: Order number is located on the top-right corner of the Packing Slip.

To receive a full refund, these conditions must be met:

  • Complete returns form
  • Item has been received within 30 days from date of purchase
  • Item is in resalable condition. Item may be tried on but not worn for an extensive period of time. More details below
  • Return includes all original packaging and instructions
     

Resalable Condition: Resalable condition is defined as product in original shipping condition. Altered products are not returnable.
Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless return is due to shipping error or product defect. In these cases, you will be issued a pre-paid shipping label.

How long do refunds take?
It usually takes 3-5 days for the money to arrive after receipt of the item. Refunded or Partially Refunded: If your refund status is Refunded or Partially Refunded, it means that the refund is complete. The money should be back in your PayPal balance or on your credit or debit card.

 

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
